These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the website https://www.synapses-consulting.com (the "Site"), published by Synapses.

Accessing and using the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

Synapses is a consulting firm specialised in the integration, maintenance and training of the EPM tool Pigment.

The Site is intended to:

  • present the activity, services and expertise of Synapses;

  • allow interested parties to get in touch via a dedicated contact form;

  • share information on the Pigment tool and the EPM ecosystem.

The Site is not an online sales platform. Any service is the subject of a separate contract negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free of charge. Any connection costs (hardware, software, Internet access) are the user's sole responsibility.

Synapses takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous access to the Site, without however being held to an absolute obligation. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or any other technical reason. Synapses cannot be held liable for these interruptions or their consequences.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, layout, structure, source code, methodologies, white papers, etc.) are the exclusive property of Synapses or its partners and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site's elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Synapses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The "Pigment" trademark and associated elements are the property of their respective owners. Synapses is an independent partner and is not the publisher of the Pigment software.

5. Hyperlinks

The Site may contain hyperlinks to other websites. Synapses has no control over these third-party sites and disclaims any liability for their content, privacy policies or practices.

The creation of hyperlinks to the Site is subject to the prior written authorisation of Synapses.

6. Personal data

Personal data collected via the Site, in particular through the contact form, is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

7. User obligations

When using the Site, the user undertakes to:

  • not impair the operation of the Site or attempt to access it fraudulently;

  • not use the Site for illegal, fraudulent purposes or for purposes contrary to public order;

  • not transmit, via the contact form, any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or that infringes the rights of third parties;

  • provide accurate information when getting in contact.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, and unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise, the courts having jurisdiction over Synapses's registered office shall have sole jurisdiction.

For users qualifying as consumers, the legal rules of jurisdiction apply.

10. Changes to the Terms

Synapses reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of consultation of the Site. It is the user's responsibility to consult the latest version regularly.
